Payments and Cancellations


We require a 25% booking deposit to hold the property. This is non-refundable.

Payment can be made by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by credit is subject to a surcharge of 3%.

Cancellation notice must be given in advance in a written form sent by fax or e-mail by the person who originally made the reservation. We regret that we cannot compensate for cancellations due to bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays.

Should you need to cancel the booking, a refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Payment may be made by the following means:


The Rent


a) The booking deposit is 25 % of the rent and is only payable by Debit or Credit Card.

b) The balance of rent can be made by cash, travellers’ cheques, credit cards or UK debit cards. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is subject to a surcharge of 3%.

We accept all major cards.


Refundable Deposit


This must be paid by Debit or Credit Card. There will be no surcharge on this transaction and this will be taken two weeks prior to arrival.

This is a refundable damage deposit that is dependant on various factors. We will deduct the cost of telephone calls, any agreed damage caused.

The amount of these payments is subject to the exchange rate at the time.


Booking Amendment


Should you need to change the dates of arrival and departure, please contact us immediately.

Changes are subject to the availability of the property booked and may be subject to an additional administration fee.


Maid Service


Should you require maid service, we can arrange this.


Taxi Service


Should you require taxi service, we can arrange this for you.


Telephone and Internet

The cost of telephone calls will be deducted from your Refundable Deposit. Where internet is available it is usually free except where stated. We cannot guarantee internet connection even though it is listed as being available.


Departures


You must leave the property on your departure date by 10.30am. We ask you to contact us regarding your departure time at least three working days before you leave. Should you require a taxi to collect you, we can arrange this for you. Should you require a late departure, please advice us prior to your arrival and we will see what arrangements can be made. Late departures are subject to an additional half / day charge.


Security Deposit Refund


This will be made 4 weeks after your departure subject to us having received the telephone charges. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any

breakage they may have caused.


Force Majeure


The company reserves the right in the case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Neither eaZylondon nor the owner of the property is liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. In the unlikely case where we have to cancel the reservation (for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works) we will inform you and attempt to re-accommodate in a suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed.

In any case we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation.When re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund to any payments made to us.
