Q: How do I book an apartment?

A: From the selection of properties please choose the one that suits you. Click the enquire link. Our sales staff will get back to you as soon as possible with the prices. Once you have the price and our confirmation you will be asked to fill in a booking form


Q: How can payments be made?

A: The booking deposit of 25% must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. The balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. There is a 3% handling charge if the credit card option is elected.


Q: How do we get keys to the property?

A: We can either meet you at airport or station or arrange to meet you at the property.


Q: Can a booking be cancelled?

A:  Should you need to cancel the booking, a refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality. We require a 25% Booking Deposit to hold the property. This is non-refundable.


Q: How does the Telephone get charged?

A:  We will advise you of the cost which is at the normal BT prices. The cost will be deducted before the damage deposit is refunded back to the credit card from which it was taken.


Q: What are privately owned homes?

A:  Each property we rent belongs to a private individual. They let their apartments either if they live abroad or are travelling or because they have a second home elsewhere.


Q: How well is the rental apartments equipped?

A:  As the apartments that we are renting are someone's home they are equipped as such. They are fully self contained flats or houses and therefore will have all the necessities such as cutlery,cookware, bed linen, towels, TV, cooker and a fridge. All other appliances such as washing machines will be mentioned in the individual property description as these do vary.


Q: What is the minimum stay?

A:  We do not have minimum stay period. There are some exceptions so please enquire for shorter stays.


Q: Are the apartments serviced?

A:  No, they are self catering, however we can arrange for private maids on request if you would prefer to rent a serviced apartment.
